Embracing you natural hair is a beautiful thing, but caring for it may be difficult for some expescially when dealing with dryness.

The LOC and LCO method have been proven to be the best ways to moisturize natural hair and can be done in 3 easy steps. These methods require products to be layered in a particular order to achieve bouncy, hydrated, and healthy curls.

The “L” stands for liquid/leave-in and this is the first step of the LOC method and consists of hydrating your hair with water or a water-based product.

The "O" stands for oils and consists of penetrating your hair with a oil of your choice.

The "C" stand for cream and consists of adding cream to your hair which in turn closes the cuticle and prevents the hair from losing moisture.

Choosing which method to use depends largely on your hair porosity and hair type. I would recomment trying each method to determine which which works best for you. You'll be 3 steps away from poppin' curls.
